At Firestone Bakery, producing a high quality product from natural ingredients is an integral part of our company’s ethos.

We ally with reputable importers and distributors to ensure optimum quality in the ingredients during our production process. We go through many rounds of product R&D before selecting a specific ingredient from a brand, or supplier.

All our breads are baked fresh daily before selling them on the retail floor. We do not practice par-baking as we believe that the quality and consistency will deteriorate, as compared to a full bake.

Majority of our ingredients are sourced and imported from Japan, Germany or France.

No, we currently do not have nutritional information for our products. However, ingredients are listed on our product tags to allow our customers to have a more informed decision.

  • Avoid storing bread in the refrigerator or chiller, as this speeds up staling and causes the bread to dry out more quickly.
  • Keep the bread away from direct sunlight, heat and excessive humidity.

Tip: Slice only what you need and keep the remaining loaf intact to retain moisture.

  • Slice the loaf into your preferred portions or ideal thickness.
  • Place slices in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container.
  • Freeze immediately for the best quality.

To enjoy again:

  • Re-heat the frozen slices directly without thawing using oven, toaster, air fryer, microwave, or
  • Allow the whole bread to thaw at room temperature then re-heat in oven.

  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for
